AAV9-EF1α-fDIO-GCaMP6s (5 × 1012 gc/mL) and AAV9-hSyn-DIO-ChrimsonR-EYFP (3 × 1012 gc/mL) was acquired from Taitool Bioscience. Glycoprotein-deleted (ΔG) and EnvA-pseudotyped rabies virus (RV-ΔG-EGFP+EnvA, 2 × 108 IU/mL) was acquired from BrainVTA.
